Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information. If any registered detail changes — particularly email address, phone number, or residential address — the Player must update their account information promptly via the pkace account settings or by contacting support.
pkace reserves the right to place an account under review, suspend access, or request additional documentation at any time if the Platform reasonably suspects that the account information is inaccurate, that the account is being misused, or that verification has not been satisfactorily completed.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their pkace login credentials. You must not share your password, two-factor authentication codes, or any other account access information with any third party under any circumstances.
Warning: pkace will never request your password or OTP code via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. Any such request is a phishing attempt — report it to pkace support immediately and do not comply.
In the event of suspected unauthorized access to your account, you must notify pkace immediately by contacting support. pkace will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension to prevent further unauthorized activity.
pkace is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. Players who share access credentials with third parties do so at their own risk and assume full liability for any resulting activity on their account.
pkace accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each method are displayed within the Wallet section of your pkace account at the time of each transaction.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pkace account instantly in standard circumstances. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are subject to interbank processing times and may take between 2 and 6 hours to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.
Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits funded by payment methods belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of third-party deposits will result in the deposit being voided, the associated funds being withheld pending investigation, and potential account suspension.
pkace processes transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and USDT as primary currencies. Cryptocurrency values are converted to the equivalent account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pkace is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have successfully completed pkace's KYC identity verification process. Accounts with pending KYC documentation may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.
Withdrawals must, wherever reasonably possible, be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, pkace will process the withdrawal via an alternative method agreed between the Player and pkace support.
pkace targets withdrawal processing within the following indicative timeframes: JazzCash — average 8 minutes; EasyPaisa — average 10 minutes; bank transfers — 2 to 6 business hours; USDT/Bitcoin — approximately 30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times. These are target times and not guaranteed processing commitments.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling period are displayed within the Player's account at the time of withdrawal request. pkace reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests before processing.
pkace reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Where a withdrawal is withheld, pkace will notify the Player and outline the documentation or information required to resolve the matter.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible pkace accounts as specified in the applicable promotion terms. pkace reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion, including restricting bonuses based on Player account history, payment method used, or geographic location.
All bonus funds awarded by pkace are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x) — must be met using real money wagers. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of claim.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games, including roulette, baccarat, and blackjack, may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Consequence: Where pkace determines that bonus abuse has occurred, the Platform reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and refer the matter to the relevant gaming authority where appropriate.
All pkace bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
All bets placed on pkace are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. pkace's published rules for each product category — casino games, live casino, sports betting — take precedence in the event of any dispute regarding settlement.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, pkace reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players involved. Winnings generated as a direct result of a provable technical fault are not payable and will be voided.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet or spin are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. pkace reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including setting individualized limits on specific accounts at its discretion.
Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other available markets — are governed by pkace's Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated herein by reference. In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided in circumstances beyond pkace's control, including feed failures, event abandonment, or scoring corrections.

pkace collects, processes, and retains Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on pkace, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pkace retains Player data for a minimum period required by applicable gaming regulatory obligations and anti-money laundering legislation, which typically requires retention for a minimum of five years following the closure or last active use of an account.
Players may submit requests regarding their personal data — including access requests, correction requests, and deletion requests — by contacting pkace support. Deletion requests are subject to the Platform's legally mandated data retention obligations, which take precedence over individual deletion requests where applicable.
A Player may request closure of their pkace account at any time by contacting support. Following verification of the request, any available real money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC being complete. Bonus funds and wagering progress are forfeited upon voluntary closure.
pkace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; bonus abuse; provision of false registration information; or at pkace's discretion in the interests of platform integrity.

Where material changes are made, pkace will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice within the platform dashboard, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the pkace platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they must discontinue use of the platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 15.1.
